Violinist Bomsori Kim is professionally is known by just one name, “Bomsori” which means “the sound of Spring”.She released her second solo album on the Deutsche Grammophon, label: Bruch & Korngold.  “I wanted to share the full spectrum of romantic expression,” says the Korean-born violinist.The record includes Max Bruch’s Violin Concerto No. 1 and Erich Wolfgang Korngold’s Violin Concerto, and a selection of excerpts from Korngold’s operatic and theatrical music. recorded with the Bamberger Symphony Orchestra conducted by Jakub Hrůša.  Listen Wednesday at 12:00 to hear the Bruch Concerto and more, NEW at NOON on 90.9 WGUC at WGUC.org
