Summer is in full swing in Cincinnati, and with it come plenty of outdoor events and activities to explore. A set of events worth checking out is the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra’s (CSO) Brady Block Parties, and this year, there’s another reason to come out and celebrate: a pre-party hosted by Cincinnati Public Radio (CPR) on Saturday, June 13.

Introducing: Music Matters Ohio, a collaborative project started by several music organizations throughout the state of Ohio, hoping to donate all kinds of instruments to beginning musicians in need.

After years of planning, we moved into our brand-new building and headquarters on Dana Avenue in Evanston and opened our doors to you for the very first time with a weekend of music, guest speakers and community. Just as various mammals and birds start their return migration in the spring, so too do naturalists and scientists flock back to the Cincinnati Zoo in March. It’s the return of the Barrows Conservation Lectures that brings them to Cincinnati, and this year the lineup is nothing short of illuminating. If you find yourself free on weekday evenings, there are four dates you can attend this spring, all on Wednesdays at 8pm.

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, the musician released her most personal album to date, Love Symposium. Though it does coincide with the romantic holiday, Esther shares that there are many more types of love within the release and explains the theme.
